Xubuntu 15.10

I've decided, after 3 experiments with OpenSUSE, and Fedora, to stick with
Xubuntu 15.10. I'll wait until late Autumn to upgrade ‎to version 16.xx.

Just be aware that security updates and support for 15.10 go away in
July, so it's not recommended to use it past then.
