Catalan translation

Dear friends,

As a tester of the Daily builds of Xubuntu 16.04 32 and 64 bits, I can see
that many parts of the OS aren't translated to Catalan. This is the first
time I get involved in a project like this, but I would pretty much like to
help to translate from English to Catalan, at least the missing strings.
