Xubuntu 16.04 intel cursor bug has been fixed, please update release info.

We don't change history by editing release announcements after the
fact for bugs we fix (most of the bugs in the original announcement
have been fixed), but we will be making a blog post about this
particular cursor bug soon because it's pretty important.
