lightlocker in ppa

There is a new version of lightlocker in the staging ppa. So if anyone
is testing xenial with that ppa - please check that it's not causing any
problems for you.

If you're not using that ppa and want to help with a quick test

sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:xubuntu-dev/xubuntu-staging
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade (might possibly need dist-upgrade)

Check it out for regressions.

When you've done and want to lose the ppa then

sudo ppa-purge ppa:xubuntu-dev/xubuntu-staging

will put it all back in the box
