The human theme isnt very well maintained anymore. Ubuntu switched to
Breeze as default theme in Xenial -- Xubuntu should consider doing
something similar (or help upstream with the human theme).

** Also affects: xubuntu-meta (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New

Title:
Missing 'Save' icon for when there are changes to be saved

Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
New
Status in xubuntu-meta package in Ubuntu:
New

Bug description:
Upon making a change to a file in LibreOffice
(Writer/Calc/Impress/Draw/Math(/probably Base, not tested)), the
'Save' icon in the toolbar (which has 'Open' to the left of it and
'Export to PDF' to the right of it) changes to using the Galaxy theme
icon for 'Save'. When an edit is made to a document and there are
changes to be saved, there should be Human icon which is used for
saving from the toolbar rather than Galaxy (which looks horribly
inconsistent).

I don't know if the problem is that a Human icon for 'saving when
changes have been made since the last save' doesn't exist or if it
hasn't been implemented correctly.
