Package testing

Now that the priority group has had some exposure, though it will get
more later in the cycle, time to move on to the next batch of apps we
would like testers to concentrate on. The tests are in the same place as
previous [1]

exo-helper
Whiskermenu
Appearance Settings
Panel
Terminal
Desktop Settings
Window Manager Settings

In addition for those who'd like to see what's planned and when, the
Calendar tab of the tracker [2] now shows our testing schedule. That is
linked from the trello page, so changes made there will show on the
tracker.
