Xubuntu 16.04 wallpaper competition now through April 1st

Hi everyone,

In case you haven't kept up in the #xubuntu-devel channel on IRC, I
thought I'd quickly write to let you know that we've opened the
Xubuntu 16.04 wallpaper competition for inclusion in the community
wallpapers package.

We're closing submissions on April 1st, so if you can please work to
share this with your networks quickly to give folks time to put
together their submissions.
