Xubuntu QA Lead

Hey everyone,

I'm hereby appointing flocculant as Xubuntu QA Lead. The position has been vacant for half a cycle and I'm really happy to have someone taking care of QA again. This matter has been discussed internally with the members of the Xubuntu team already.

If there are no objections against flocculant taking over as QA Lead within the next week, this appointment will be actualized.
