Official Xubuntu release mirrors

Hello!

Good news for all of those who have asked becoming a Xubuntu release
mirror recently or not so recently.

We have released as-official-as-it-gets intructions in becoming a
Xubuntu release mirror and getting listed on the Xubuntu downloads page.
The instructions are at
    https://xubuntu.org/dev/mirrors/

Note that if you are an official Ubuntu mirror or are planning to become
one, simply follow the usual Ubuntu mirror procedure [1] and let us know
you are providing Xubuntu releases as well.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask in this thread or if you
want to keep the discussion less public, use the Xubuntu-contacts []
