Hello developers and other lurkers,

as of now, the subdomain tracker.xubuntu.org is discontinued in favor of
the new subdomain dev.xubuntu.org.

All content is available on the new domain, which has a more integrated
look with the Xubuntu website and links to the Xubuntu wiki and more.
